Certificate in Training and Development
„In training e ca in cinematografie: unii muncesc mult si reusesc sa ascunda lipsa talentului sub crusta educatiei; multi termina scoala de actorie, ajung sa joace in filme, insa doar cativa iau Oscarul…” – Florin Dulgheru, Tenaris University
Teodora Graur, LicITOL
In a few words, studying for the Certificate was a valuable and insightful learning experience for me. Apart from gaining access to useful learning resources that helped me strengthen my knowledge on the subject, I had the opportunity to interact with many professionals in the field of Learning & Development, both students and tutors. For me, this interaction was really enriching as it challenged me to reflect on past learning experiences and to improve my way of designing activities for adult learners.

The one thing I treasured above all during the ITOL programme was the openness; not only the implicit openness towards a career as International Trainer, but also the “mind opening” sessions with the ITOL tutors, on how the world goes round, on how you can touch people’ souls.
Of course, once you have understood the “How to?”, the right inner attitude, the fearless speech and coherence of ideas are just so many assets that stay with you ever after.
Daniela Penescu, AssocITOL
What I have treasured most during the Certificate in Training and Development programme was the module held by Magister Ludi Marian Stas – “The Art and Mastery of the Glassbeads Game”; I won’t give other details because the joy of the discovery is priceless for the new participants.
The practical side of the programme is that of structuring all the information we knew and discovered during the course in the bigger framework of Learning&Development.
Diploma in Training Management and Organisational Learning
Laura Agapin, LicITOL
For me the Diploma in Training Management and Organisational Learning represents a life changing experience, the moment when I understood that there is always a next step, a next level in personal and professional development and that the challenge of taking everything to the next level is fascinating.
The discovery facilitated by the program was that all my experience in education, teaching and training has to have a Learning & Development approach in order to produce a systemic change in my current role. Thus, I treasure the atmosphere of the course: that of personalising your own learning experience, that of constantly thinking at your own context and challenging the status quo.
I thank ITOL for the most valuable learning experience I had so far, for being serious, for holding high intellectual and professional standards!
Oana Condruz, LicITOL
What I liked most was that through the programme I learned not only new concepts in the field of Learning&Development, but how to use them in practice and how to “juggle” with them in my professional day to day life. Moreover, the programme helped me understand better my role in the organisation and consolidated my position as a “L&D professional”.
I gladly recommend the programme for the joy of meeting professionals in your field, people that share their experiences and expertise, for living an intense and enriching learning experience and, of course, for gaining international recognition and an international qualification.
Ruxandra Hanea, LicITOL
ITOL holds a high standard that is needed for the training profession in Romania. For me, besides systemising information, improving skills and competencies, the programme meant the opportunity of meeting other professionals in the field of Learning & Development eager to hold this high standard in Romania.

I didn’t sign up for this programme – my colleague convinced me that it was an opportunity and I said yes. So… everything kind of started with the wrong foot because I was complaining about the face-to-face workshops (imagine having two small kids and a lot of activities for the weekend) and I had mixed expectations (I have more than 12 years of experience in training).
I definitely was surprised and I felt constantly the thirst for knowledge, for going deeper in all the subjects we debated. Everything was exciting, things were presented from a different perspective, that I didn’t consider before.
The programme showed me a broader view on the role and the influence that a responsible and dedicated L&D professional can have in a company.
I also met amazing colleagues and I received from them valuable demonstrations of professionalism, wise decisions, determination, creativity and humanity. This is why I consider that this programme is a must-have for those who wish to define their identity and to gain an added value, as individuals and as a defining part of their organisation.

The Diploma in Training Management and Organisational Learning programme meant for me the confirmation that my motto “BusinessHR” exists and is reachable.
During the 6 months, I learned that the competency level of the employees is a key factor for business success. I knew this instinctively, but now I can bring arguments in a business language and this defines me as an HR practitioner. I enjoyed every second with the tutors, all the materials and the feedback forms that helped me improve and learn something new from each assessment.
I am glad I choose ITOL and I am waiting more of our colleagues to join us!
Gabriela Solomon, LicITOL
Every new piece of information, the discussions with the colleagues and tutors helped me “re-learn” that the more I know, the more I realise how much I don’t know. The debates and the practical examples helped me put things in a new perspective and brought the certainty that learning and facilitating learning is a key to success for individuals and organizations. I “learned” that the L&D practitioner should set an example as a “lifelong learner”.
For me, finishing the graduation project was a lesson about self-development and about the amazing value that people have in designing a learning experience. ITOL’s motto “We are committed to your success!” was present during the most difficult moments, as well as during the successful ones.
